A Project by UNIFYD WORLD

 

THE TRANSFORMATION (hereinafter known as “The Event”) is a project by UNIFYD WORLD/UNIFYD WORLD INC., a Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization, Church/Temple, intended to assist each and every participant that attends The Event in catalyzing their process of transforming their lives and tapping into their highest potential. The Event is a 3-day in-person experience where all Participants will be a part of immersive experiences where they will receive lessons and teachings that will help them tap into their highest potential in order to share that highest potential with the rest of the world and make it a better place.

 

Upon a donation to UNIFYD WORLD of $2,495.00 USD, the participant will have the benefit of joining The Event (as detailed in Appendix A). More details on benefits received by Participants can be found at www.Jasonshurka.com/transformation.

 

WHEREAS, if you reject any of the conditions within these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, you may not participate in The Event, or attend any event, associated with UNIFYD WORLD;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree to the following:

 

1. Terms and Conditions

 

1.1 By accepting to these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I, the Congregant/Participant, accept that I am operating as a private individual within private Ecclesiastic jurisdiction according to Private Ecclesiastic Law and Common Law of Contracts, with the aim of achieving better body, mind, and spirit balance.

 

1.2 The Congregant/Participant must be at least 18 years old or a recognized, reputable Organization.

 

1.3 When deciding to become a Congregant/Participant of UNIFYD WORLD, I, the Congregant/Participant, guarantee that the information given is truthful and correct. Additionally, during the length of this Agreement, I, the Congregant/Participant, am in charge of informing UNIFYD WORLD if any information alters.

 

1.4  By accepting these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I, as a Congregant/Participant of this Private Ecclesiastical Research Project, The Event, consent, confirm, and attest that I concur with the requirement that any and all disagreements against UNIFYD WORLD and/or all of its components, authorized representatives, and joint ventures, be brought to the notice of and tackled to the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization to obtain resolution to such relevant disagreement(s).

 

1.5 It cannot be emphasized enough that all parties to this Terms and Conditions/Agreement have consented to this binding Private Ecclesiastical Agreement of their own free will, without coercion or other forms of duress, and have done so by virtue of pacts, covenants, allegiances, agreements, and oaths taken. No entity may violate the contract because these Terms and Conditions/Agreement and consent include and acknowledge everything that is important to that pledge.

 

1.6 UNIFYD WORLD solely undertakes Ecclesiastical affairs in the Private Ecclesiastic Domain.

 

1.7 WE HEREBY declare that this Private Ecclesiastic Agreement is based on Private Ecclesiastical law, Trust law and under the Common law of Contracts and, as such, NO entity can infringe Contract.

 

1.8 We hereby state that UNIFYD WORLD will accept any person(s), regardless of race, color, gender, or nationality, who has joined UNIFYD WORLD's congregation and/or any media group organized, developed, or handled by this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith-Based Organization and is in consensus with these principles and policies, provided that said person has not been penalized, exercised, or otherwise prohibited.

 

1.9 All funds obtained by UNIFYD WORLD in connection with Ecclesiastical activities and participation shall be regarded as Donations, in the form of suggested good-will offerings, and shall not be reimbursed absent a valid and unquestionable reason that will be determined at UNIFYD WORLD’s sole and absolute discretion.

 

1.10 UNIFYD WORLD cannot be held liable for costs or damages incurred by the Congregant/Participant arising out of this Terms and Conditions/Agreement unless caused directly by the negligence of UNIFYD WORLD.

 

1.11 UNIFYD WORLD declares that participation in the congregation of UNIFYD WORLD or any of its groups and/or projects, may be terminated at any time, should it be concluded that a specific Congregant/Participant is interacting with UNIFYD WORLD or any other Congregant(s)/Participant(s) in a way that is contrary or detrimental to the focus, principles, and betterment of this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization.

 

1.12 Any and all provisions of this Private Ecclesiastic Agreement or any portion of such provision shall not be held invalid or unenforceable by a Tribunal of competent jurisdiction. All provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee shall retain the exclusive privilege to alter or modify any provision(s) or portion(s) thereof affected to the minimum extent necessary if deemed appropriate by the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization.

 

1.13 Resolution of disagreements, lawsuits or disputes between individuals, Organizations, Congregants/Participants, must be done solely by the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization and resolved by Private administrative remedy only, done through an impartial and confidential process and shall not include any foreign Arbitration body but only be resolved by the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization in conflict resolutions.

 

1.14 No consent or waiver, express or implied, by any Party to or of any breach or default by another Party in the performance of any obligation hereunder shall be deemed or construed to be a consent or waiver to or of any other breach or default in the performance of the same or any other obligation hereunder. Failure on the part of any Party to complain of any act or failure to act of the other Party or to declare the other Party in default, irrespective of how long such failure continues, shall not constitute a waiver of such non-defaulting Party of its rights hereunder. No waiver shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Party granting such waiver.

 

1.15 Once this Terms and Conditions/Agreement is signed and affirmed by the Private Congregant/Participant, said document constitutes a Private Ecclesiastic Contract between UNIFYD WORLD and the consenting Congregant/Participant and, as such, no Congregant/Participant of UNIFYD WORLD shall, under any circumstances, nor for any reason, abolish or annul the terms of said binding, absolute, inviolable right. Neither do any other parties, beings, entities, governments, corporations sole, corporations aggregate, nor any legal persons of any kind whatsoever, possess ethical and lawful authority for interfering in the relationship between any Congregant(s)/Participant(s) of UNIFYD WORLD, and the organization itself or any of the activities inherent to UNIFYD WORLD in accord to this declaration and the prohibition against impairing the obligation of Contracts.

 

1.16 The sovereign authority and capacity of UNIFYD WORLD and each of its Private Congregants/Participants affirming the existence and establishment UNIFYD WORLD as a Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization, and Church/Temple as a Private Ecclesiastic Research Project from this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, is in full force and effect. Said Private Covenant is thus inviolable and shall not be annulled or abolished in any manner by anyone, on unilateral action, presumption, consensus and/or decree.

 

1.17 UNIFYD WORLD site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or events may participate in counseling, coaching, mind, body and spirit health balance tools, spirituality, religious advancement and other mind, body and spirit health balance related subjects and information, such as graphics, images, text, video or other materials and content in UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s) and platform(s), and is designed exclusively for non- commercial, reference, Private Ecclesiastic Research, educational, and informational purposes only. I shall not rely on this information as a substitute for, nor does it replace fully licensed health professional’s advice. If I have any concerns or questions about my health or the content on the site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or events, I am advised that I should always consult with a fully licensed health-care professional(s). I will not disregard, avoid or delay obtaining health related advice from my health-care professional because of something that I may have read or listened to on this site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s). The use of any information through any of UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) is purely and exclusively for educational and Private Ecclesiastic research purposes and must solely be taken at one’s own risk and I shall not hold UNIFYD WORLD liable.

 

1.18 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, the Private Congregant/Participant consents and agrees upon that UNIFYD WORLD and all its individual(s) in leadership and/or managing UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s), shall not be held liable in any way, shape or form regarding any counseling, coaching, body, mind, and spirit health balance related subjects and information, such as graphics, images, text, video or other materials and content in UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s), or any negative interaction s and/or any negative consequences that may arise from any connections(s) obtained through UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) or any of its related site(s) and/or platform(s).

 

1.19 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, the Private Congregant/Participant consents and agrees upon that UNIFYD WORLD and all its individual(s) in leadership and/or managing UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s), shall not be held liable in any way, shape or form regarding any scams that unrelated individual(s) may resort and/or use the site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) for, nor any bots or artificial intelligence that may promote, incite or control scams and/or undesirable interactions or the use and trafficking of personal and Private information, electronic malware or any negative interactions and/or any negative consequences that may arise from any connection(s) obtained through the UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) or any of its related site(s) and/or platform(s).

 

1.20 I, the Congregant/Participant, acknowledge that I have been given the opportunity to review and revise these Terms and Conditions’ Private Ecclesiastic Agreement and that the rule of construction to the effect that any ambiguities are to be resolved against the drafting Party shall not be employed in the interpretation of this Private Ecclesiastic Agreement.

 

2. Confidentiality

 

2.1 By accepting these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I, the Congregant/Participant entering into this Private Ecclesiastic Agreement, freely acknowledge and approve that any activities within UNIFYD WORLD's congregation and participation in this Private Ecclesiastic Research Project are a private Ecclesiastic contractual matter that I decline to disclose with the Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies. I completely concur and affirm that I will not take legal action against a fellow Congregant/Participant, members of the leadership or staff of UNIFYD WORLD, unless they have put me in immediate danger of serious harm and only if the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of UNIFYD WORLD recommends it.

 

2.2 After this Agreement has been accepted and executed, it is understood and agreed that UNIFYD WORLD and its joint ventures and projects are the sole owners of all private research data that is based on or utilizes any confidential information of UNIFYD WORLD. As such, it is understood and agreed that this data cannot and will not be disclosed to any party, including third parties, under any circumstances, including those involving duress, coercion, or any "instrument" used to obtain it.

 

2.3 Additionally, I, the Congregant/Participant, concur that without the prior written approval of the Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee of UNIFYD WORLD, I will not reveal to any person that there is the Private Agreement and contract transaction, as well as any terms, conditions, or other facts with regard to any such Agreement and contract transaction, or the status thereof. I further concur that I will refrain from making any statements, public announcements, releases, and/or disclosures regarding the Transaction to trade journals, newspapers, television stations, or other media sources, and will instruct my Representatives to do the same. 

 

2.4 “Representative” shall be defined to be a Party’s representatives and shall include a Party’s present and future congregants, shareholders, managers, officers, directors, contractors, employees, attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, agents, and other representatives.

 

2.5 All actions taken within the UNIFYD WORLD congregation, site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) shall be considered Private Ecclesiastical contractual matters and shall not be disclosed or distributed to Local, State, or Federal investigative or enforcement agencies under compulsion or intimidation.

 

2.6. In any and all events, you hereby grant UNIFYD WORLD the permission to use photographs or video recordings taken of you at any and all events for promotional or advertising purposes without any compensation whatsoever to you.

 

3. Warranties and Affirmations

 

3.1 By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I agree and consent to enter into this Agreement of my own free will, without any duress or coercion. I affirm that I do not represent any Local, State or Federal agency whose purpose is to regulate and approve products or services, or to carry out any mission of enforcement, entrapment orinvestigation under penalty of perjury. I agree that if this statement is not truthful, I shall be financially liable for a Private administrative remedy to be carried out by the Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization’s Private Ecclesiastic Arbitration Committee.

 

3.2 By accepting these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I, the Congregant/Participant certify that I have read, understood, and received satisfactory answers to all of my inquiries about this Terms and Conditions/Agreement. I understand that I can withdraw from this Private Ecclesiastic Agreement and terminate my participation in this Private Ecclesiastic Entity, Faith Based Organization at any time. Nevertheless, despite the termination of my participation, I will continue to be bound by the non-disclosure agreement that is stipulated in these Terms and Conditions/Agreement. Additionally, I understand that my participation may be terminated if I act in an abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing manner toward any other UNIFYD WORLD Participant.

 

4. Indemnification

 

4.1  I, the Congregant/Participant agree to indemnify and hold UNIFYD WORLD harmless, as well as its clergy, congregant(s)/participant(s), directors, officers, affiliates, agents, successors, assigns, and any third-party information providers from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, liabilities, deficiencies, costs, damages, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable fees, charges, and disbursements) incurred by UNIFYD WORLD as a result of any inaccuracy or breach of the representations, warranties, and guarantees. 

 

4.2 Hence, I, the Congregant/Participant, hereby agree and understand to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNIFYD WORLD from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable fees, arising out of or resulting from my participation and experience with any of UNIFYD WORLD’s site(s), platform(s), directory(ies), Private Ecclesiastic Research Project(s) and/or event(s) including, but not limited to, The Event. 

 

5. Force Majeure

 

5.1 I, the Congregant/Participant acknowledge that UNIFYD WORLD shall not be responsible or liable for or deemed in breach of these Terms and Conditions/Agreement because of any delay or failure in the performance of these Terms and Conditions/Agreement due to any event or circumstance, which the occurrence and the effect of which the party affected thereby is unable to prevent and avoid, including, without limitation, Internet outage, Livestream outage, acts of God, pandemics, government regulation, curtailment of transportation facilities, cyber-attacks, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes of whatever nature (whether involving employees of a party or a third party), terrorist attacks, haze, sabotage, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, national emergencies (whether in fact or law), blockades, acts of war (declared or not), etc. (hereinafter referred to as a “Force Majeure Event”). UNIFYD WORLD shall provide written notice describing the particulars of the Force Majeure Event as soon as possible.

 

6. Governing Laws

 

6.1 This Terms and Conditions/Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Bylaws of UNIFYD WORLD. All projects and affairs of UNIFYD WORLD remain exclusively within the jurisdiction of Private Ecclesiastical Law and Temple bylaws as defined, interpreted, and adjudicated by the designated committees and Tribunals of UNIFYD WORLD. Venue and jurisdiction are solely within Committees or Tribunals of UNIFYD WORLD, and all hearings, proceedings, and trials must be recorded in the records of the committees/Tribunal of UNIFYD WORLD. All other courts of any jurisdiction foreign to the Committees/Tribunals of UNIFYD WORLD lack personal or subject matter jurisdiction to hear or decide any matter of Law of UNIFYD WORLD. I, the Congregant/Participant expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to this Terms and Conditions/Agreement shall lie only in the Committees or Tribunals of UNIFYD WORLD, and I further agree to and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.

 

7. Entire Agreement

 

7.1 This Terms and Conditions/Agreement represents the entire Private Ecclesiastic Agreement between the Parties with regard to the subject matter of events hosted and associated with UNIFYD WORLD.

 

8. Severability

 

8.1 If any Clause, or part of a Clause, of these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity or enforceability of the remainder of the Clause or Paragraph which contains the relevant provision shall not be affected, unless otherwise stipulated under applicable law. If the remainder of the provision is not affected, the Parties shall use all reasonable endeavors to agree within a reasonable time upon any lawful and reasonable variations to these Terms and Conditions/Agreement which may be necessary in order to achieve, to the greatest extent possible, the same effect as would have been achieved by the Clause, or the part of the Clause, in question.

 

9. Amendments

 

9.1 No amendments shall be valid unless accepted and agreed upon in writing by UNIFYD WORLD.

 

By consenting and agreeing upon these Terms and Conditions/Agreement, I affirm and attest that I have read and understood this document, and my questions have been answered fully to my satisfaction and that these pages consist of the entire Agreement for my consent. 

 

 

 

 

Appendix A

 

This Appendix is in relation to the Terms and Conditions/Agreement pertaining to UNIFYD WORLD and refers to the following event called ‘The Transformation’ that will occur on March 8-10, 2024, at the following time: Friday, March 8th at 5:00pm EST to Sunday, March 10th at 8:30pm EST and at the following location: (Renissance at Orlando SeaWorld, Orlando Florida).

 

The Transformation will include:

• High quality nourishing meals, water, and non-alcoholic beverages

• One seat at THE TRANSFORMATION seminar

• Exclusive welcome package

• Lifetime access to all recordings of the event

• 5-year membership to UNIFYD TV (value of $1,000 USD)

• EE-System transmission throughout the entire event (value of $1,500 USD)

• Signed copy of Jason's upcoming (unreleased) book, "Accessing Awareness"

• One lucky person will be going home with an EE-Qube (value of $14,995)
